Love Junjou Romantica and Sekaiichi Hatsukoi!

Gakuen Heaven and Yami no Matsuei are shounen ai rather than full on yaoi, but also worth watching!

Also, they've suspended it, but there is a partially complete remake of Ai no Kusabi; watch the original OAV first, so that you know the story, then you can watch the first four episodes of the remake. As far as I know, there were meant to be 8-13 episodes (depending on who you ask), but they lost funding. Even so, its not to be missed.
