Mini-review: Another beautiful soundtrack from Kenji Kawai. Unlike Fate/stay night, Gundam 00 OST 01 has a more distinct style, with the theme of war and battles as the main topic. No spare moment for happy and upbeat tracks, as there are few of them. The whole atmosphere is quite dark and somber yet so dramatic and heroic at the same time. Notable tracks include “INTERVENTION” (being arranged many times), “SETSUNA”, “CONTROL”, “LEAGUE”, “HALLELUJAH” and “EYES”. Maybe I’m being bias because I love Gundam 00 so much but this OST is even more awesome than Darker Than Black’s or Fate/stay night’s.

Mini-review:
I hate to say this but if you don’t really want to be a collector, you only need to get this OST and forget the first one. OST2 comes with more tracks, has the TV-Size of the OP1 and ED1, and the best tracks in OST1 make it back with even more awesome arrangements. And that doesn’t even count the whole bunch of new great tracks that are present in the second half of the first season. “MORTIFY”, “REASON”, “FIGHT”, “SEPARATION”, “COUNTERATTACK”, “MEMORY” are just a few best examples.

Finaly the last soundtrack from Gundam 00 is released. I don’t have this OST but from what I heard in the anime 0-Raiser and 00-Raiser will be probably great and very energetic songs. It’s also nice that on this CD we have ,,Nami no mukou” , ,,Trust you” and ,, Hakanaku mo towa no Kanashi” since all of them are very good, especialy ,,Trust you” which was the last ending theme from second season of Gundam 00. When I will have this CD I make a little review.
